On January 28 I will go to Sukabumi for my school program, here for 1 month and i'll be home on March 1. it was hard to leave jakarta, pecisely my home, rather more my room and more precisely is my bathroom. there i will be stay in local houses. i'm not arrogant but i could'nt if the bathroom was dirty and smelly, very dirty. my program there to help the villagers to do business, hopefully all will go well and i can go back to jakarta with a safe and healthy. Yesterday all over my body is very itching and red, very itchy at all. And I went to the doctor, she said that I was hit by allergies to food, I eat lunch was a lobster. According to the Indonesian Cancer Foundation, cervival cancer or cervical cancer caused by human papilloma virus (HPV), is cause of cancer death in women the number one in Indonesia. every hour a woman died of cervical cancer in indoneisa.

every women (sexually active) are at risk for cervical cancer, regardless if social conditions, economic status, age and lifestyle. cervical cancer does not cause symptoms and their development can occur within 3-17 years. though cervical cancer is preventable.

by doing pop smears on regular basis every year, for women who are married or sexually active, cervical cancer cab be detected early and treated. a pap smears is a method of examination of cells taken from the cervix and then examined under a microscope to see the changes that occur in these cells.

pap smears should be done once a year or according to doctor ordered. the most rapid or a minimum of five days after stopping menstruation. and for 24 hours before the examination did not use drugs inserted into the vagina or a cleanser made inti the vagina. the results of abnormal pap smear is only preliminary indication, that the possibility of patients suffering from abnormalities in the cervix. while the diagnosis must be determined in ways other test, for example; colposcopy, biopsy.

7. avoid place and friends who want to make you come back smoking. if you stop smoking, your appettite will improve. because smoking reduce appetite and suppress the desire to eat. the first two weeks are the hardest time. for the moment the body will react to nicotine desire. you are like addicted to smoking again. after wards, all will be easier.

This is Pusy, yesterday my father found him in a bloody body, the blood a lot out and my father took her to the doctor. She is pregnant and the doctor said 1 or 2 days later she will have child again, actually she already have 4 child. The doctor also said that she was shot by people who don't love animal, OMG poor pusy, he found a bullet hit her intestine, so he conducted a Cesar operation and finally she survived and was born another child. Alhamdulillah :)
This are her child which is my uncle took their to his house and the 2 other child was mine.

Lasik

A months ago my eyes was surgery, a little surgery, is a lasik. It's just takes 30 minutes for the surgery. And now my eyes is very clear, I can see without glasses. Alhamdulillah. And my last minus is 9, but I wear a hard lens because my doctor suggest me to wear it. Uh for the first time I'm wearing hard lens is so pain but as the time goes by my eyes can adaptation, it takes 3 months for adaptation and I wear it for 3 years.
